Alissa Mertel is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, a Registered Yoga Instructor, a graduate of The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), and Certified by the AADP (American Association of Drugless Practitioners). Alissa works with children and families to develop a whole foods diet and natural lifestyle for a Healthy Whole Life™ in ways that are simple, fun and designed to meet her client’s specific needs.

Jennifer Francis has a passion for wellness and continues to pursue living a grounded and balanced life. Jennifer is currently in teacher training to become a Certified Yoga Instructor and has worked as a Healthy Whole Kids™ contributor for two years. As a graduate of Presbyterian College, she has a background in sales, marketing, and customer service with a passion for children’s whole health.

Healthy Whole Kids™ offers new and original programs that empowers children with the tools and knowledge they need to step forward into their future with confidence.

By incorporating elements of Physical Activity, Whole Food Nutrition, Positivity, Spirituality and Creativity into every 5-week session, each child will learn fun and beneficial techniques to support themselves as they grow through new experiences as Healthy Whole Kids™!

I Ate The Rainbow!™

5-week program that will have your child eating healthy, the fun way!

I Ate The Rainbow!™ is an exciting 5-week program that will spark your child’s imagination with hands-on fun and educational activities. Your child will journey through the rainbow, learning about how colorful fruit and vegetables serve our bodies with an army of vitamins and minerals to keep us strong and healthy.

Your child will participate in fun activities that encourage confidence and well-being while learning the benefits of eating colorful foods and how they help us build strong muscles, fight germs and make us feel happy.
