This 21 Day Self-Care Program is designed to provide you with daily guidance as you create healthy habits that support whole body health.

You will experience 3 weeks of empowering techniques and suggestions that will combine to bring greater balance in your life. Each week will have an individual focus, nurturing aspects of your Mind, Body, and Spirit.

Week 1: Mindset Reset 

During the first 7 days, we will address topics including:

During Days 15-21, you will receive a new mindfulness exercise each day that will nourish and soothe your spirit by:
