A soup that’s a snap to throw together. Simply pack your jar then when you’re ready add water. So easy and delicious!

- 1/3 c. of black beans
- 1/3 c. of fresh salsa
- ¼ c. of carrots
- ¼ c. of onion
- ¼ c. of red pepper
- ¼ c. of roasted corn
- ¼ tsp. of ground cumin
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
Add all ingredients to Mason Jar and store in refrigerator until you’re ready to cook.
When you’re ready to enjoy your soup all you need to do is add water. Add ¾ c. of boiling water to Mason Jar. Tighten lid and shake.
Let ingredients sit in boiling water for 5 minutes. Your soup is ready. Pour into bowl and add any desired toppings or spices.
