Vegan Chocolate Pudding
A simple vegan chocolate pudding.
- 2 ripe avocados
- 5 tbsp. raw cacao powder
- 1/3 c. pure maple syrup
- ½ c. + 2 tbsp. almond milk
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. If needed, add splashes of almond milk to help with blending. Refrigerate until cool.
Optional toppings: fresh strawberries, cinnamon, coconut flakes, or crushed pistachios. All make for great additions!
