Marinated Tomato Salad
A simple side dish or topper.
Ingredients
- 1 carton cherry tomatoes halved
- ½ red onion chopped
- ½ c. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- Fresh basil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and stir until liquid is mixed well.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours to let flavors mix and marinate together.
