Avocado Hummus

- 1 can Chickpeas 15-oz.
- 2 each Avocado, ripe
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Lime
- 1 tsp Cilantro, chopped
- 1/8 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- Salt + Pepper
Drain chickpeas well and pat dry.
In a food processor, combine chickpeas,
lime juice, tahini, olive oil, and garlic. Blend until smooth.
Add avocado, paprika, sea salt, and pepper and blend until smooth.
Garnish with olive oil, cilantro, red pepper flakes, and extra chickpeas.
