Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas 15-oz.
  • 2 each Avocado, ripe
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Lime
  • 1 tsp Cilantro, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • Salt + Pepper

Instructions

  • Drain chickpeas well and pat dry.
  • In a food processor, combine chickpeas,
  • lime juice, tahini, olive oil, and garlic. Blend until smooth.
  • Add avocado, paprika, sea salt, and pepper and blend until smooth.
  • Garnish with olive oil, cilantro, red pepper flakes, and extra chickpeas.
