Avocado Hummus
A delicious and nutritious snack option.

Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas 15-oz.
- 2 each Avocado, ripe
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Lime
- 1 tsp Cilantro, chopped
- 1/8 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- Salt + Pepper
Instructions
- Drain chickpeas well and pat dry.
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas,
- lime juice, tahini, olive oil, and garlic. Blend until smooth.
- Add avocado, paprika, sea salt, and pepper and blend until smooth.
- Garnish with olive oil, cilantro, red pepper flakes, and extra chickpeas.
