Garlic Balsamic Roasted Radishes

- 24 oz. radishes
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- Freshly cracked black pepper
Rinse radishes then slice off the top and bottom off each radish.
Mix olive oil balsamic, garlic, thyme, and black pepper then toss with the radishes.
Line baking sheet with foil. Spread mixture on baking sheet.
Preheat oven to 450 F/232 C. Bake for 12 minutes. Flip radishes then bake for 12 minutes more.
