Garlic Balsamic Roasted Radishes

Ingredients
- 24 oz. radishes
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- Freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Rinse radishes then slice off the top and bottom off each radish.
- Mix olive oil balsamic, garlic, thyme, and black pepper then toss with the radishes.
- Line baking sheet with foil. Spread mixture on baking sheet.
- Preheat oven to 450 F/232 C. Bake for 12 minutes. Flip radishes then bake for 12 minutes more.
