  • 24 oz. radishes
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
  • Freshly cracked black pepper


  • Rinse radishes then slice off the top and bottom off each radish.
  • Mix olive oil balsamic, garlic, thyme, and black pepper then toss with the radishes.
  • Line baking sheet with foil. Spread mixture on baking sheet.
  • Preheat oven to 450 F/232 C. Bake for 12 minutes. Flip radishes then bake for 12 minutes more.
