Immune-Boosting Elderberry Syrup
A quick Instant Pot recipe that is antioxidant-rich, easy to make, and powerful remedy for common ailments. Keep some on hand to keep your immune system strong year-round.

- 1 c. dried elderberries
- 1 lemon
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- ½ c. raw honey or pure maple syrup
- 10 cloves
- Freshly grated ginger root
Place all ingredients with 4 cups of water in Instant Pot. Place lid on and seal steam release knob. Set on manual for 10 minutes. Allow natural release for 10 minutes once it’s done cooking.
Once cooking is complete. Strain ingredients then place liquid in mason jar.
No Instant Pot? No problem. You can also make this on the stovetop! Simply simmer all ingredients for approximately one hour then strain into mason jar.
Keep refrigerated for up to 3 months.
