Blend one ripe frozen banana, a handful of spinach (or kale, or you could also mix them 50/50), about 2/3-cup of dairy-free milk (like almond milk or unsweetened coconut milk), and two tablespoons of natural nut butter (peanut or cashew works great). Blend this and enjoy.

Cook them as directed and then seal the deal by putting them between 2 pieces of whole-grain toast.
