5-Minute Mason Jar Soup Black Bean & Roasted Corn Veggie Soup

A soup that’s a snap to throw together. Simply pack your jar then when you’re ready add water. So easy and delicious!

  • 1/3 c. of black beans
  • 1/3 c. of fresh salsa
  • ¼ c. of carrots
  • ¼ c. of onion
  • ¼ c. of red pepper
  • ¼ c. of roasted corn
  • ¼ tsp. of ground cumin
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper


  • Add all ingredients to Mason Jar and store in refrigerator until you’re ready to cook.
  • When you’re ready to enjoy your soup all you need to do is add water. Add ¾ c. of boiling water to Mason Jar. Tighten lid and shake.
  • Let ingredients sit in boiling water for 5 minutes. Your soup is ready. Pour into bowl and add any desired toppings or spices.
  • Guacamole is a great topping option
