5-Minute Mason Jar Soup Black Bean & Roasted Corn Veggie Soup
A soup that’s a snap to throw together. Simply pack your jar then when you’re ready add water. So easy and delicious!
Servings: 1 serving
Ingredients
- 1/3 c. of black beans
- 1/3 c. of fresh salsa
- ¼ c. of carrots
- ¼ c. of onion
- ¼ c. of red pepper
- ¼ c. of roasted corn
- ¼ tsp. of ground cumin
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to Mason Jar and store in refrigerator until you’re ready to cook.
- When you’re ready to enjoy your soup all you need to do is add water. Add ¾ c. of boiling water to Mason Jar. Tighten lid and shake.
- Let ingredients sit in boiling water for 5 minutes. Your soup is ready. Pour into bowl and add any desired toppings or spices.
- Guacamole is a great topping option
