Asian Zoodles
A quick and delicious vegan meal or side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp. avocado oil
- 3 zucchini spiralized
- 1 onion sliced
- ½ cup coconut aminos healthy soy sauce alternative
- 1 tbsp. sriracha
- 1 tbsp. ginger ground
- Optional: sesame seeds
Instructions
- Drizzle 1 teaspoon of avocado oil in the pan and sauté the onions.
- Add remaining ingredients to a larger pan
- Cook on medium-high heat for approximately 10-15 minutes. When zoodles are at your desired texture, remove from heat.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
