Chipotle Portobello Lettuce Wrap

Ingredients
- 3 Portobello caps sliced
- 1 small can chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
- Olive oil spray
- Black pepper freshly cracked
- Iceberg lettuce leaves
- Red onion sliced
- Guacamole
Instructions
- Slice portobellos and place on foil-lined baking sheet. Lightly spray with olive oil. Spread adobo sauce from can liberally over portobello slices. Sprinkle with pepper.
- Preheat oven to 450 F/232 C. Bake for 15 minutes or until tender.
- Place on lettuce leaf and top with sliced onion and guacamole.
