  • 3 Portobello caps sliced
  • 1 small can chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
  • Olive oil spray
  • Black pepper freshly cracked
  • Iceberg lettuce leaves
  • Red onion sliced
  • Guacamole


  • Slice portobellos and place on foil-lined baking sheet. Lightly spray with olive oil. Spread adobo sauce from can liberally over portobello slices. Sprinkle with pepper.
  • Preheat oven to 450 F/232 C. Bake for 15 minutes or until tender.
  • Place on lettuce leaf and top with sliced onion and guacamole.
