Smoky Aioli Ingredients
½tsp.red wine vinegar
Chop the brussels sprouts and toss with two tablespoons of olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic and black pepper. Preheat air fryer to 380 F/193 C for 15 minutes. Cook brussels sprouts for 7 minutes then toss. Cook 5 more minutes until crispy.
No air fryer? No problem! Preheat oven to 400 F/204 C and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes until crispy.
Smoky aioli dip – mix all dip ingredients until smooth.
