An amazing side dish of crispy brussels sprouts with a vegan smoky aioli.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. black pepper

Smoky Aioli Ingredients

  • ½ c. vegan mayo
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. red wine vinegar
  • ¼ tsp. garlic minced
  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika

Instructions

  • Chop the brussels sprouts and toss with two tablespoons of olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic and black pepper. Preheat air fryer to 380 F/193 C for 15 minutes. Cook brussels sprouts for 7 minutes then toss. Cook 5 more minutes until crispy.
  • No air fryer? No problem! Preheat oven to 400 F/204 C and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes until crispy.
  • Smoky aioli dip – mix all dip ingredients until smooth.
