Crispy Brussels Sprouts
An amazing side dish of crispy brussels sprouts with a vegan smoky aioli.
Ingredients
- 16 oz. brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. black pepper
Smoky Aioli Ingredients
- ½ c. vegan mayo
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- ½ tsp. red wine vinegar
- ¼ tsp. garlic minced
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
Instructions
- Chop the brussels sprouts and toss with two tablespoons of olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic and black pepper. Preheat air fryer to 380 F/193 C for 15 minutes. Cook brussels sprouts for 7 minutes then toss. Cook 5 more minutes until crispy.
- No air fryer? No problem! Preheat oven to 400 F/204 C and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes until crispy.
- Smoky aioli dip – mix all dip ingredients until smooth.
