Lemon Dill Asparagus
A tasty and healthy side dish.

Ingredients
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- ¼ c. chopped dill
Instructions
- Chop the ends off the asparagus. Line asparagus on a baking sheet wrapped in foil. Toss in two tablespoons of olive oil.
- Preheat oven to 450 F/232 C. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until tender.
- Mix two tablespoons of lemon juice, two tablespoons olive oil, two cloves of garlic and ¼ cup of chopped dill. Drizzle on asparagus when baking is complete.
