Lemon Dill Asparagus

A tasty and healthy side dish.

  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ¼ c. chopped dill


  • Chop the ends off the asparagus. Line asparagus on a baking sheet wrapped in foil. Toss in two tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Preheat oven to 450 F/232 C. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until tender.
  • Mix two tablespoons of lemon juice, two tablespoons olive oil, two cloves of garlic and ¼ cup of chopped dill. Drizzle on asparagus when baking is complete.
