Sea Salt and Vinegar Kale Chips
A simple, healthy, inexpensive snack that you'll want to make week after week.
Ingredients
- 1 Bunch Kale
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
- Sprinkle of Sea Salt
- Sprinkle of Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350˚F/180˚C. Line baking pan with parchment paper.
- De-stem kale leaves and break into small bite-sized pieces; make sure kale is completely dry, or your chips will be soggy.
- Place kale and ingredients in a mixing bowl; mix well with your hands until fully coated.
- Spread kale chips well on the baking sheet, bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until the chips look crispy.

Notes
If you desire crispier chips, flip chips at 10 minutes and cook 2-5 more minutes. Keep an eye on them until they reach desired crispiness.
