Spicy Gingered Green Beans
An incredible, flavor-packed side dish.
Servings: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 12 oz. fresh green beans
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 tbsp. veggie broth
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tbsp. powdered ginger
- ½ tsp. red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Rinse and cut ends off the fresh green beans. Add olive oil and green beans to pan. Cook on medium-high heat for approximately ten minutes or until beans begin to soften. Add in veggie broth, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes to pan. Stir together until mixed well.
- Stir ingredients and cook for ten more minutes.
