  • 12 oz. fresh green beans
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. veggie broth
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp. powdered ginger
  • ½ tsp. red pepper flakes


  • Rinse and cut ends off the fresh green beans. Add olive oil and green beans to pan. Cook on medium-high heat for approximately ten minutes or until beans begin to soften. Add in veggie broth, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes to pan. Stir together until mixed well.
  • Stir ingredients and cook for ten more minutes.
