Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 kiwi peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice

Instructions

  • Slice strawberries. Combine strawberries, coconut milk, maple syrup, and lime juice in blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Fill your popsicle molds with your blended liquid. Place diced kiwi chunks inside each popsicle mold after filling with liquid.
  • Top popsicles with toppers and sticks before placing in freezer. Freeze overnight.
