Ingredients

  • 2 cans white beans
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 c. carrots chopped
  • 2 c. celery chopped
  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 1 c. kale chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 6 c. vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 2 bay leaves

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8-10 hours.
