  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 green pepper diced
  • 1 white onion diced
  • 1 sweet potato peeled & cubed
  • 1 can organic black beans drained
  • 1 can organic fire roasted tomatoes
  • 1 can organic tomato sauce
  • 1 c. vegetable broth
  • 1 packet organic chili powder


  • Chop the onion, sweet potato, and green pepper. Sauté with one tablespoon olive oil for approximately 8-10 minutes.
  • Drain beans then add beans, fire roasted tomatoes, and tomato sauce to cooked veggies.
  • Combine and cook for about 3-5 more minutes before transferring to slow cooker. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker including chili packet and one cup of veggie broth.
  • Stir well and cook on high for 3-4 hours.
  • Add desired toppings and enjoy!
